Refund & Cancellation Policy

At North Focus Global, we value your time and ours.

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee.

• Refunds: Coaching services are generally non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss a resolution or credit toward future services.
